Refund & Cancellation
This policy explains how you can cancel a bawarchi.guru subscription or seek a refund for services purchased through the Platform operated by Invarya Technologies Private Limited. The 14-day free trial requires no payment and is outside the scope of this policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us at the contact below. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You can also pause the bot at any time without cancelling.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered when made within 7 days of a charge. Refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the billing period. Any applicable GST is refunded as permitted by applicable tax law. Voice notes and menus already generated during the paid period are services already delivered and are not separately refundable.
Service issues
If the service is materially not as described, report it to us within 7 days. We will investigate and take an appropriate decision, which may include restoring service, extending your subscription, or issuing a partial or full refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay.
