By using bawarchi.guru you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Platform ownership
bawarchi.guru is owned and operated by Invarya Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act with its registered office at C-904, 9th Floor, Costa Blanca, Samarth Nagar, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India ("we", "us", "our").
The service
bawarchi.guru sends Telegram messages on your behalf: a leftover check-in at 8 PM and a menu proposal at 9 PM (both times in your household timezone). You approve or swap with one tap, and we generate a voice note for your cook.
Trial and billing
New households get 14 days free with no card required. After the trial, the household plan costs 299 rupees per month, billed via Razorpay. Cancel any time from the dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
- Add the bot only to groups you control.
- Do not use the bot to harass, spam, or impersonate others.
- Do not abuse the voice note pipeline; costs flow through to us and abusive use will be paused.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. If the bot is down for an extended period we extend paid households proportionally.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what gets posted to your Telegram group. Do not store sensitive financial or medical data in the household preferences.
Liability
bawarchi.guru is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is capped at the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 14 days before any change that affects billing or acceptable use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
